About this site

Call me A.P.

I am a senior advancement and organizational leader with experience building infrastructure across philanthropic strategy, alumni engagement and strategic communications.

My work operates at the systems layer. I design the frameworks, processes, and operating models that make relationship work sensical, sustainable, and scalable. I've led advancement functions across educational institutions, increasing revenue while helping them become more intentional architects of community, identity, and trust.

I write Systems Review, a newsletter providing analysis and reflection for advancement and organizational leaders. I examine the infrastructure and doctrine that signal whether institutions thrive or plateau.

I am most energized by institutions that recognize relationship work as infrastructure and are ready to invest in building it correctly.
